Which masterbatch qualities make customers switch?

What do we mean by qualities? The characteristics and advantages unique to a product. When choosing, many similar products compete for attention and buyers hesitate. So which masterbatch qualities make a difference?

(1) Good dispersion. Masterbatch is a composite of colorant and specific additives made by a special process. The colorant is pre-dispersed, avoiding coarse particles and therefore color spots in the molded part; masterbatch also mixes evenly with plastic pellets, so color uniformity is better.

(2) Convenience. Because masterbatch blends well with pellets, ordinary mixing equipment or even manual stirring is enough.

(3) Less color variation. Masterbatch contains carrier and additives besides colorant, so the dosage is higher than with plain pigment; the relative weighing error is therefore smaller, which reduces color deviation.

(4) Better working conditions. The colorant is already bound into pellets, so it does not fly about during weighing and mixing and does not pollute the workplace, a great improvement over dry coloring.

(5) Easy color changes. Masterbatch does not contaminate the mixing equipment, so cleaning between colors can be skipped, saving time and labor compared with dry or paste colorants.
